          At 1SCLS, we provide 24/7 support services that enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities/complex needs by, offering personalized care, promoting independence, and fostering a supportive environment.

         We take pride in being a cornerstone of support and empowerment within our community.          Our Community Support Services are designed to enhance the well-being of individuals and families,           fostering a resilient and connected community. 

  • Respite Support Services

         Our trained caregivers are committed to providing 24/7 professional and compassionate support.                 Whether it's a few hours or an extended period, we're here to ensure that your loved ones receive the highest quality care in a nurturing environment.

  • Transportation Services

         We offer 24/7 transportation services to guarantee children's safety and proper care during their journeys to different destinations, including school, therapy sessions, and visits with their biological families, all facilitated by our staff.

  • Supervised Visitation

         Our personal support workers ensure the safety and well-being of children and adolescents during court-ordered supervised visits with family members and their related documentation is safely conveyed to the competent authority

We Are A Registered And Dedicated Provider Of Quality Support Services For Individuals With Disabilities.

    INTAKE SERVICES

At 1 Service Community Living Services (1SCLS), we endeavor to gather all pertinent information that will aid us in delivering the optimal service. Our services are available to individuals with funding from Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD), including Family Managed Services. During intake, we gather input from the individual, their guardians, family members, and other involved professionals. This encompasses, but is not restricted to:

  • Employing various tools to evaluate the individual's requirements.

  • Compiling information about the Individual's past life, strengths, interests, objectives, and areas needing assistance

  • Examining previous assessments.

  • Reviewing past support plans.

  • Information from schools or individualized program plans (PRP, IPP).

  • Incorporating other assessments (e.g., psychiatrist, occupational therapist, etc.).

  • Undertaking risk assessments.

  • Familiarizing the individual with their service rights and introducing relevant policies and procedures.
